When will my order be shipped?
Since every print is specially made upon ordering, it may take a few days for me prepare everything for shipping. Once it is shipped, you will receive a tracking number
Are there alternative payment methods ?
Yes. It is possible to pay through Revolut or if you have a Spanish bank account, you can send a Bizum. For either option, please fill in this form: https://forms.gle/v1hhuweZte5DbiiQ6
Once you've filled the form, either send me an email or DM me on instagram so I can send you a link to your preferred payment method. The order will start being prepared once I confirm that the payment has arrived :)
If I am in Barcelona, can I just pick up the print?
Yes, that way you don't have to pay the full shipping price, it will only cost you 3 euros for the packaging! If you choose to pick it up, do not purchase the print through the website, fill in the alternative payment method form and contact me.

Refund policy
If your print is damaged, contact me as soon as it arrives so I can review the situation and rectify the problem.
Prints may be returned if they are in the same condition they were received, in their original packaging with proof of purchase. This must be done within 14 days after you receive the print. Email me at maygrabli@gmail.com before sending anything back, unauthorized returns won't be accepted. Shipping costs for returns are the buyer's responsibility unless the print is damaged. If you have any questions, email me :)

Framing prints with a glass cover is the best solution to prevent the print from getting scratched or damaged. I always go to a local framing shop with my prints and they usually recommend something that suits the colors of the artwork.
Where do you ship to?
Worldwide! If you're from a European country that doesn't show up in the shipping list, please contact me and I will add it manually. If you're from a non-European country, please choose the "Everywhere Else" option.
There is a current issue with shipping to the US due to the tariffs. I will keep an eye on the situation and update you on whether it's possible to order or not, but for now, please contact me before ordering!
